Refund policy
We do not accept returns on any product, unless proven that the product was damaged in the shipping process. For Rip and Ship items, all items opened on stream are the liability of the buyer. No change of mind will be accepted if the product is already opened.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
